1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CodeTheInterface services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

CodeTheInterface provides online and in-person educational services focusing on front-end development, including but not limited to:

• Bootcamp programs and courses
• One-on-one mentorship
• Career coaching and job placement assistance
• Community access and networking opportunities
• Educational resources and materials

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in CodeTheInterface programs requires completion of our application process and payment of applicable fees. Payment terms include:

• Tuition fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon during enrollment
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 7
• Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and services
• Additional fees may apply for specialized services or materials

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled classes and complete assignments on time
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Use course materials solely for educational purposes
• Not share, distribute, or resell course content without permission
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary teaching methods
• Provide accurate information during enrollment and maintain updated contact details

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, code, assignments, and resources, are the intellectual property of CodeTheInterface. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful learning environment. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Disrupting classes or community interactions
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Sharing inappropriate content in community spaces
• Violating others' privacy or confidentiality

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from the program without refund.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: Available within 7 days of program start with less than 10% completion
• Partial refund: Available within 14 days of program start with less than 25% completion
• No refund: After 14 days or 25% program completion
• Medical/Emergency: Considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation
• Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

8. Job Placement Disclaimer

While CodeTheInterface provides career support and job placement assistance, we cannot guarantee employment. Job placement depends on various factors including market conditions, individual effort, and skill development. Our placement statistics represent historical data and do not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeTheInterface's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to lost income, career opportunities, or educational delays.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Program Changes

CodeTheInterface reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as needed. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. If changes substantially affect the program value, students may be eligible for transfer to another session or partial refund.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. CodeTheInterface may terminate a student's enrollment for violations of these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior. Students may withdraw from the program subject to our refund policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, or the courts of Ontario as applicable.
